How do I remove a sim/phone from my account and put on to a

The phone is my boyfriends and he has split up with me , but it's in my name

Hi @JessicaMC94 if you are still paying for it then you can't transfer a phone that has a credit agreement in place. If it's been paid for then the only way it can be removed is if it's sent back to sky as a return or part of a swap.
