Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @JessicaMC94 if you are still paying for it then you can't transfer a phone that has a credit agreement in place. If it's been paid for then the only way it can be removed is if it's sent back to sky as a return or part of a swap.
