I have escalated your post to Sky who should be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat.
Look out for a blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I iwas in the process pf ordering an iphone 16 I believe with the unlinmited data and the airpods as an accessory but I didnt finish making the payment but the only upfront cost was around $23 so late when i came back to the website to finalize the mobile service andmake paymemt i logged into the account and clicked on my order but and error message to contact sipport regarding my order popped up
