I have a Apple Pencil that is faulty and needs replacing - this has been verified by Apple Store ,
how do I actually contact someone to arrange this?

So sky mobile don't appear to observe consumer law and refuse to replace fault Apple Pencil that is under 2 years old. Apple Store told me they have to replace it but sky say no. Complaint is raised - terrible service and I'm now left to continue payments on a product that is faulty and can't be used

What consumer law do you refer to?
Within the first 30 days you have a right to reject. Within first 6 months any fault is assumed to have been there from purchase/delivery unless the retailer can show otherwise (like it's snapped in half).
After 6 months you have to show the fault was there from purchase/delivery.
Most manufacturers will give a 12 months warranty (in addition to your statutory rights).
