How do I change my mobile phone order

I ordered a sky mobile yesterday, how do I change the order. For the same phone but different colour?

I think you have to ring sky customer service on 150 from your phone and ask them but I think thay mite re credit check u again  I not sure maybe not but worth a try

You will need to call Sky so they can cancek this order and then order the correct one for you, this will mean you will be credit checked again.

I ordered a device yesterday ( Iphone 15pro max) blue colour. 

 

I have changed my mind.I would like now natural titanium colour.

The answer is already on this thread.  It involves cancelling your order and being credit checked again.

It's actually a very good question will he need to be credit checked again? Colour changes isn't a major or at all change in value of the original product they may just contact the processing team to "edit his order" so I would personally be advising him/her to contact someone who is based in Britain and will fully understand his question so he's inadvertently not being forced into being credit checked twice for the same product at the same cost within the space of 24hrs sky are famous for it granted but Apple personally doesn't do it neither do other major more trusted telecom providers 

 

OP call Sky pretend your placing an order to get through to the sales team and explain all you wish is to change colour it most likely wouldn't of been shipped as of yet
