How do I cancel sky mobile sim? Can’t ring

Hi what's the alternative to cancel sky SIM card ? The option showing online is over the phone. Now I am very hard of hearing so not sure if a member can get me a live chat link to do it instead?

The sim card can only be cancelled if you have had it for 12 months or more. 

In view of your hearing issue it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

Will porting my number automatically cancel my sky sim contract? If I was to move to a different provider?

Hi @Wilkesy199  yes it will but if you have had it less than 12 months you will still have to pay the remainder of the 12 months and possibly earlier termination charges.

@Wilkesy199  not necessarily if you have had the sky sim for less than 12 months sky would be entitled to block the transfer as you would still be in contract and liable for early termination charges
