If you upgraded your phone then you can use the sim that you had in your previous phone. If you activate this new sim then you will be billed for it as well. To activate it use this link:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/activate-sim/1/with-code
It is also not possible to transfer a number between two Sky sims.
