I would like to know why I still have a very old phone (which was paid off years ago) still on my account? I've called Sky several times and said the account will be updated but it hasn't. This should be taken off and allow me to have that slot if I decide to add a handset?
Do you know why this is the case?

@63johnw - Many thanks, I'll keep calling Sky to add a handset as most times online it says unable to add a new handset as slots are full...
