How can I change my data plan there is no option for cancel current plan

I accidentally changed my data plan, and now I cannot find any options to cancel or modify it. I have searched for answers to this issue, but unfortunately, I have not found a solution. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I had higher expectations of service from Sky. Please guide and support me.

@kiwi2022  Once you've changed plan you need to wait 30 days before changing again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It wasn't hard to find: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-mix

 

As noted by @GD1 : "With Sky Mobile you can choose to change your plan every month".

 

You might be able to select a higher plan now though.

Hi @kiwi2022  its also worth noting if you were on a special offer plan and move from it then you won't be able to go back to it.
