Hong Kong Can I get a boot on to roam cheaper?

I need to travel in HK and it's not a passport location so data etc really expensive

friends on other networks can buy a bolt in ahead of travel eg for £5 a day - does anyone know if anything I could access?

@OggyinHK Sky don't offer anything other than there standard roaming passport, you would have to source either a local sim for data/calls and texts or use free/local WiFi for data.
