My bill is a lot more this month. I've had no changes to anything

Hi @Gillian17  in case you haven't realised you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helping customer. If you compare to last month what does it show the difference is for ? Have you had a discount end ? Have you been abroad ? Have you made out of bundle calls or sent premium texts ?
