Hiya. Both my daughters have a sky mobile number. When I log into my sky account I have access to one of their accounts and am able to add credit etc and view their bill but I don't have access to my other daughters account. Does anyone know how I can add this? Cheers

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf both sims at the time of ordering were not ordered on the same account then they will have separate accounts, you could give a call on the free 150 number to check this out for you but the chances are this is what has happened.
