I have had a message that my next mobile bill will be over £100 but it at this is due to a missed payment. I have never missed a direct debit payment. So I can't understand why the bill is so high even with checking it online

Are you online bills showing that your previous bills along with your latest have been paid and nothing is outstanding on your account, if so then perhaps this text/email is either wong or it wasn't from Sky but a scammer, they way to tell regarding the later is they would be in a link that they want you to click through, Sky wouldn't usually do this.
