Hi ive upgraded my phone but won't be in when my order is delivered, how can I change the delivery to a pick up point where I can collect

@nlhoj1973 Delivery options are provided by DPD in their app.

Deliveries can't be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, and can't be dropped off at delivery depot for collection.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
