Hi the only photo ive got is the one i did for voting will sky accept this?

It's down to DPD not Sky. On each occasion I've had mobile deliveries DPD have taken a photo of the device being handed over and not asked for photo I.D. even though I had it handy.

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Have you had a notification from DPD yet with a one hour delivery slot, if not then it might be on it's way from Sky to DPD so you can check it's status via your Sky account here:
