Hi does this mean I have a credit on my account

You also need to block out the two mobile numbers alongside sim 1 and sim 2 on the image and resubmit. 

Yes it seems you were in credit for £406 and now showing -£195.

The £406 isn't anything you have to pay as it is what is owed to you so have you been manually aging your bills each month as it could be they are being g paid twice as Sky might be taking them via whatever payment you have set up.
