Hi all i ordered a new device

Hi all I ordered a new phone for my son which turned up fine but I still haven't received the sim card and of course can't speak to anyone at sky anyone had the same issue. I've logged in and tried to order a replacement but I doesn't register the new device as a number on my account

As the sim hasn't been activated you can't order a replacement for it but what you can do is to order another sim from here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans


Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled

I've spoken to sky and the sim card for the new device wasn't put on my order apparently there was a glitch with there system so have now had to re order a sim now just got to wait for it to turn up.
