Hi. Sky mobile states my account is already linked but I can't access my mobile account. Have not had any problems until this week. Nothing has changed, so don't understand why my mobile account has disappeared from the app.
Hope you can help.

Hi @Empy61 i would give sky a call on 150 so they can look at your account for you.
