Hi I order a new phone on the 02/10/24 and you have taken 200 gb of data instead of 100gb

Hi I ordered a new phone on the 02/10/24 

& traded a 100gb of data . Sky have taken 200gb how do I get the 100gb refunded back to my account please . Thank you

This will need looking into so you will need to call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it or under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
