Hi I'm just wondering if my order have been accepted or not as I'm confused I had an email to say cancelled then had a email to say use was working on it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Lee1210 this normally happens when you have failed Skys second enhanced credit check and the emails often come in the wrong order. A call to sky will confirm but they can't tell you why, this is something you would need to investigate yourself with a credit agency.
