My mum isunable to receive calls from doctor or hospital it's Important that she gets the calls from the hospital and doctor . I don't know what else to try . Spoke to sky who sent it to the network and checked the numbers No blocked numbers on phone , call forwarding switched off . Anyone any other ideas
