Help

Hi my contract was blocked due to me owing £10 so I've paid that and it's still not working it's telling me to ring but I can't as I'm blocked

Have you set up a new continuous payment method? Was your bill 2 weeks or more overdue?

Also if you have only just paid then you need to give it time for the banks to clear your payment.
