Hello
im considering swapping my iPhone 14 pro max to a Samsung S23 ultra because I miss having android and the customization
1. What does a swap involve exactly, like is there any extra payments or does the contract just change and add the extra cost a month if it's more or less?
2. Seen issues on the forums of people sending there phone back in perfect condition but getting a huge bill like £300 - 500 is that true or an error or?
3. Looking to order the S3 ultra tomorrow so looking for help soon as possible , I'm also possible working all day , 4 days next week so is it possible for it to get sent to a family member or delivery locker or something?
thank you for any help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you go ahead and do a swap Sky will give you a value for the phone you are returning and if that is not enough to pay it off the difference will be added to your next bill so would have to be paid off in one go.
When returning a device take a number of photos so you can show the condition is was in when you sent it off.
A family member with the same surname as you and with their own ID can sign for the delivery.
