Hi, I have been on the phone to sky trying to change my sim number. The guy advised me to do it via downloading eSIM and choosing the option of having a new number. I didn't get this option and now when trying to make calls it says last line now working!???
is there a way I can revert back to a physical sim and get a new number without taking out a new contract?
