Had a SKY account for many years and my wife has had mobile for the last 3 and is liked to the SKY ID which is in my name.
I have today taken out a SKY mobile contract which I need to link to the account but it says 'your account is already linked' but it is not. I can see the order though that its pending being sent out (I need to sign the contract but cant until its linked). This is really confusing and is scrambling my ADHD brain!
Can I add my new mobile as well as my wifes? if not, does she need to unlinked?
Help! 😑

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
