Help Needed, when asked to select an option when calling a company my selection never registers
i have just called a local company and they have a recorded message saying press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 for etc. Whenever i make my selection it never registers. I eventually get cut off it is very frustrating

Sky's DTMF may not always be recognised - if you cannot use speech then there's not really a solution...
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
