Hello there recently i order new phone after then they cancelled Nd they said like your credit check

Hello there I ordered a phone there later on they cancelled in there they mentioned credit fradu or something

I contacted already Experian team 

May I know the reason why did they reject my phone

Hi @Varaprasad+reddy  no one here can tell you. You would need to call sky and ask them. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.

I would suspect you've simply failed the credit criteria.  I don't think they can say a lot more if so.  (Contacting the credit agencies may reveal more detail)

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
