Hello my bill isn't due and I'm in Turkey My phone isn't working my passport plus won't be accepted because I've got charges I obviously can't call you becuaee it's not working please can you help

What charges, if you mean the £2 daily charge then this is controlled by the spend cap on your account so have you checked to see what this is currently set at ?
