Hello I wanted to buy s25 ultra and it shows I will get free watch,but when I selected the watch it still adds money to basket

As per the terms:

 

  1. Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25 between 2nd October and 22nd October 2025 and receive a Galaxy Watch8 worth £319 included with your order.​

  2. The Watch8 will appear in your order confirmation at no extra cost. It will not appear in your basket.​

  3. The Watch8 will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your new device.​

  4. Maximum 1 gift per order. See below for terms and conditions.

As above you do not add the watch to the basket yourself so as you have done and hopefully you removed it before completing the order as it will be sent automatically to you.
