Haven't received my free smart watch

I purchased a new Samsung FE watch with free ear buds and smart watch, the ear buds came with the phone but I had to apply for the smart watch via a link. 3 weeks later and I still haven't received it. Has anyone else had this?

If Samsung have accepted your claim then they should send you the watch within 45 days of the claim being validated.
