Haven’t received my £15 credit

I received my iPad few weeks ago but it had a faulty charger so I phoned sky and the person told me to buy one from Amazon which I did and he said he would credit my account of £15 which I have not received yet

Hi @TB777  i think you will need to chase this up on the phone with sky. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
