I require my £8.00 charge refunded as I have left Sky mobile on 20 January 2025

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

How did you cancel? Is the £8 the monthly data fee that you may not have cancelled?

Until the billing system shows a credit it cannot be refunded - that might be next month depending on the timing/circumstances.

 

Once your account shows a credit you can post back here and ask for a Sky escalation for refund.
