Hi IAM fed up phone yous to be told someone will phone back , my daughter sent back her I phone 11 for a swap for iPhone 15 , so far been charged high bills and not sorted out in 3 weeks , a manager was meant to phone me Wednesday and nuth again , just sick off yous taking high bills , IAM a vip customer and was told should only be charged 55 pound a month for two iPhones 15 phones , you've sent me so many sims I didn't ask for and sick off huge bills I can't afford ,  hold this all be fixed ? IAM here to 9,30 am today and working Tom please help of mess

@Fleeting  In case you're not aware this is a customer led com munity and not Sky Customer services, no one from Sky can or will message you, no one from  Sky would know who you are from a community login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
