Hi I have upgraded my iPhone 12 mini to an iPhone 15 it's still showing a bill for the iPhone 12. Will this be stopped please as I can not afford both

Then if it was an upgrade without a swap and you haven't finished paying for the old one then you will continue to pay until that one is paid off @Elisa2
