I upgraded my daughters phone before Christmas. Sent back the old phone to pay of the rest of the remaining phone contract part but now receieved the phone back and the bill is now a load higher than it should be!! Not happy at all! Just want to talk to a human about this situation but can't find anyway to do so. Really angry right now! Please advise?
