Had a phone replaced through insurance but the imei is different & has not been updated.
my phone was replaced as I have Apple insurance but my imei number is now different to the one I have a contract with, how do I update the newer phone details on my account. This will be an issue when I come to swap my phone surely.

As you didn't get the phone from Sky to see if they can update it for you give them a call on 150.
