Had a new phone for a month but I want to change it for a different phone can I do this

Hi I've just upgraded to a Samsung 24 ultra had it just over a month can I change it to a iphone 16 pro

Thank you it does say I can swap if I send this phone back though but when I try site keeps crashing

If you'd still been in the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you could but as you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges.

You can swap but it will be expensive as the residual value of the device will be far below the outstanding credit.  Call 150 if the site isn't allowing you to do it.
