Hacke mobiles on sky bank accounts paypal account compromised and all emails

Hi group firstly I'm totally disappointed with sky for not helping me on this problem I've ow been told it will be the 6th April I will get call from right person there truly blown it with me I've 2 mobiles sky stream sky glass75 inch tv and fibre max where I only get 75mb or gb which is pathetic inthe west end of Glasgow finneston flat facing the hydro but there's no virgin input that would cost me about 1200 for that.  So can anybody advise me on hacked phone what should I do new sim and not keep original phone numbers or is there away I can keep original phone numbers. I've got total av premium package and know security and also mcafee security. What else can you do stick phone up the holiest of holiest. Thanks for any advice but not from sky I'm done with them cheers

@Jeffc69  It's highly unlikely a phone can be hacked unless you downloaded a dodgy app or following a scam link.  

Changing your sim  won't help, you need to make sure for a start you have no unathorised apps on the device, Sky can't do anything if your accounts were hacked as it is up to you to make sure they are secure.

I fails to see what Glass & broadband speed has to do with a hacked phone.  At the end of the day it is upo to the end user to makle sure all their accounts are secure.

• I'm sure I fixed it with total av the app aptoide back in 2020 had sold my details name passwords emai addresses and phonenumber also card details now this was on my old iptv it's not on my new one so they still have my details I did get bumped off a Google ad by wellnee for patches an knee straps just in last week but I have just noticed my emails are still going to spam that's sent and recieved they keep trying to send to a certain email i don't know but that's coming back as undeliverable still after the security it could be that that's stopping it or recipient I've changed password several times but the new one is totally new so there shouldnt be a problem so that means something in phone now I've scanned everything on phone and all results came back perfect for all emails I use any thoughts bro ?

Also I've just found out my broadband has not been giving me anywhere my speed should be 11.0 should be 75 so engineer will be out this morning as they say there is something wrong then all the t

The Aptoide data breach was from their servers: it wasn't a 'phone hack'.  None of what you are describing suggests such a thing, and unless you've seriously upset a state security agency it doesn't happen anyway.

If you want to successfully pursue a data speed claim then I'd strongly suggest not complicating it by introducing other issues.

It's not within the remit of an ISP to offer help with such things.

After a data breach the best defence is to try to cease use of every point of contact which was included in the list data, but obviously some (such as physical address) are more difficult than others.
