HUGE ISSUES WITH SKY TRADE IN IPAD

I am a customer of 23 years. Bought a new Ipad on Sky Mobile they offered trade in deal. NOT A SWAP.

I gave a very good description of the pad I wanted to trade in and they offered £69.00. They provided a return box and tracked postage label etc. We posted it over a month ago. Nothing heard until i called Sky on Saturday, 3 reps from Sky did not even know trade in existed and kept talking about a swap I was pushed from pillar to post. Eventually i got through to someone who text me an address of a company called Ingram who deal with trade in and swaps. I mailed through and got an answer. They mailed, wrongly and said they mailed me on 5th September and said they had re quoted with a worth of £18.80!!! I never received the mail, the service is shocking and why would i sell a god ipad air 3 for £18? I have told sky to stop the process immediately. I want the Pad back. There is a reason I have no products from Sky any longer other than a mobile....Sky are becoming poor. NO emails for complaints, no emails for C.S. POOR POOR and really POOR. PLEASE HELP someone.

Re: HUGE ISSUES WITH SKY TRADE IN IPAD

Thanks appreciate your effort I have tried that. Have you tried using that? the process goes around and around and around and around. It is like SKY do not want to listen to you anymore or deal with their customers especially if it is a complaint or an issue. As I said i spoke with 4 reps on Saturday none could help. 3 did not even acknowledge that Sky had a trade in policy. See where I am going with this?

Re: HUGE ISSUES WITH SKY TRADE IN IPAD

I'm having a similar issue with sky trade in. I sent my device to them well over a month ago and didn't hear anything. I've chased and chased with them to eventually be told I haven't disabled find my iPhone which is complete untrue as I sent it to a different recycling centre previously. I've asked them return my drive three times now and I'm getting no reply. They don't seem to have any contact details other than email which they don't respond to. They still have my device, nearly two months later. I've had no payment and no response. Please let me know if you find a human who knows what they're talking about.
