HELP NEEDED! SKY ADVISING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE

Really after some help here... I recieved a new mobile in March a new iPhone 16, after a couple of months the phone battery would only last a couple of hours so i raised this with Sky and they advised i will need to send the phone off to be repaired. I sent the device off on the 8th of June and was advised it should take a couple of weeks before i get an update but should have thephone back within 21 days.

 

I recieved an email saying Sky has recieved the phone on the 9th, great. Since then, i have had no update on the phone situation therefore have been ringing and ringing to see what is going on however it is pretty much impossible to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about. I have been passed from Pillar to post, speaking to all different departmnets but getting NOWHERE.

 

I am without a mobile which i am paying for with no idea what is going on.

 

I then recieved an email on Saturday 23rd August just gone advising they have not recieved any device to be repaired.

 

I have the email confirming they have the device along with postage proof from Royal Mail but just do not know what to do as nobody is helpful / does not speak english.

 

Any advise would be appreciated

Im not sure how long it will take but someone should then make contact with you about this.
