Got new upgrade from sky want to keep my old number but keeps asking for pac code from old providerk
Need to keep my existing number on an upgrade but it's asking for a pac code from old provider I don't have an old provider as I've been with sky for two years already

@Lexijess If you have a new data plan from sky on a different sim to the one you have now you're options are
a) transfer the number you want to keep to another payg provider then back to the new sky sim
or
b) ask sky if they will apply the new plan to your existing sim, although sky aren't obligated to do so
