Google has blocked my child's phone as I don't have the Gmail address we used to set it up.

My child has a Galaxy A15 phone and we used Family Link on it. The phone kept crashing, so we performed a hard reset. Now I can't set it up again as Google doesn't recognise the Gmail address we used in the original set up. I'm pretty sure I have the email address right. 

 

We live in a small village, and it seems not having a phone is social suicide. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, but Google aren't helping. If I don't know the email address, they won't help. I was hoping that as the mobile came via Sky, Sky might be able to help. Otherwise I have a useless phone.

@Lilyladles  Sky won't be able to help as it is your google account not theirs and they won't have access to your phones email data.

 

Regardless of where the phone come from your issue is with Google and the old email address.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
