Google Play Services problem

Had a problem trying to use Google Maps last week where it just kept searching. Checked through my phone usage and finally found it claimed Google Play Services had used 26Gb of data which was ridiculous as mobile data only has 2Gb limit and I had only used couple of hundred Mb. Check again today and it says I have only used 148 Mb.

my phone is saying I have no 3G/4G anywhere
