Google Pixel 10 trade in (£200 credit)

Hi all 

Can someone please tell me when does your £200 credit get added to your account after you swapped your old device to get the Google Pixel 10.

I am an existing sky customer for over 3 years 

They have received my old device and applied the credit for that. But I still haven't recieved credit for the trade in offer of an additional £200. I have phone sky and they have no idea. It's ridiculous. Can someone just tell me if I need to claim it somehow or what happens? When will it get credited to my account.

There was a post from another member recently who posted back to say it did take a good few weeks to be added after  the swap had been completed.
