Good afternoon I've got two sims on my accoun, I'm in a trip  why I'm I  (Janet) able to use my uk data without paying anything while my daughter (Sharon£ is paying 2£ everyday for using of her data THAT SHE ALREADY PAYS MONTHKY FOR. I want to claim this money and I won't keep paying 2£ per day. I travel to Spain a lot and every single time you charger and not me. You guys sate robbing me, so I got two options here. You get my money back for this trip and  if not I'll look for a new company to go to. I want to claim this money.
Because I won't be paying 2£ per day Everytime I go on holidays and it doesn't make sense it's only on ONE sim. I'm also in Spain and I'm not being charged. We need a solution for this like I said I travel all the time and I can't be paying Everytime I travel it's MY DATA I should have access to it anywhere I am. This company is the only one doing this nonsense

If you are abroad then both sims should be charged the daily £2 charge if you are in a roaming country so if only one is then there is something amiss here.

 

If you don't want to be charged the daily fee then don't use your phone at all and make sure mobile data and roaming is turned off.

 

Btw, we are customers here so you are not talking to Sky support.
