I have ordered the new iPhone 15 and have missed my delivery please can I rearrange delivery

Missed your delivery? Reschedule your delivery through the DPD website.

We'll try to deliver your items up to three times before your order's returned to us and cancelled.

Deliveries can't be left with a neighbour or in a safe place and it can't be dropped off at a delivery depot for collection. The delivery address can't be changed to an alternative address. The order must be delivered to the address on your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
