Good evening, I want to ask why my Sky customer is referring me to BPO ltd? Why have I been here for 5 years in one month and I have never missed a payment, and now my finances are not coming in. I paid half for the mobile phones, I did not exchange anything and you know what you are doing now. Excuse me, I do not like the way you treat your clients at all. l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

No one will contact you. BPO are a debt collection service and that normally means you owe Sky money and they've passed the debt on to that company.

@Michaeladudyovs  You're not contacting Sky customer service, nor will they contact you on the back of a community post from an unlinked account.

 

You will need to contact BPO to ask them about the debt.

 

In case your not aware this is a customer led community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
