Gift with mobile phone purchase not received.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra as soon as it was released and the gift with purchase was an Galaxy Watch 6. I put in the claim on 25th of Jan and got a confirmation text it had been accepted, but I am yet to receive it. I can't see how to chase this up, if anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.

Hi @TheViking79  it can take 45 (or 42) days as it's normally sent after the cooling off period. You would need to chase it up with Samsung as it's their offer not Skys.
