Galaxy watch 7 not delivered with new phone S24 ultra

Can anyone help me with this? When i ordered my phone, in the small print it said I would Recieved my New phone and watch together, I only Recieved the phone. Has anyone had this issue? Should I wait or contact sky?

@MrStuGreen1973 The terms and condtions for the watch state the following "Samsung Galaxy Watch7 will then be dispatched with your device (subject to availability) or within 30 days after you receive your device."

When completing your purchase, the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 will not appear in your basket. Samsung Galaxy Watch7 will then be dispatched with your device (subject to availability) or within 30 days after you receive your device. I haven't received mine either yet. The "while stocks last" is not acceptable to me though as the main reason I moved to sky mobile was the fact that I got the watch AND the chromebook in the package!!

Unfortunately you agreed those terms...  Return the phone within your cooling off period if you wish.

As far as I am concerned, due to the fact that in my orders it states "coming soon",  they have no "get out" to fulfil as such.

Yes, you'll probably get it once stock arrives.  However, the terms apply...
