Galaxy watch 7 battery is terrible!

Have purchased a galaxy watch 7 alongside my mobile and the battery lasts only about 7 hours😳 it's awful! How can I sort this?

@Kelly0102 check to see if there are any software updates available as Samsung acknowledged the issue with battery drain, the update they say will fix it is called (AXG2).
